First of al you must understand that fast removal of acne scars is not necessarily the best one. There are two main ways of getting rid of acne scars quickly and none of them is particularly appealing.

First of all you have the surgical option. Surgery has a rather nasty aura around it, but in the case of skin surgery do not expect any radical interventions. The most commonly used technology is laser surgery. This method can yield quite some remarkable results in a matter of days. The problem is the cost. Laser surgery is extremely expensive, with an intervention costing on average 200 dollars. Also you have absolutely no guarantee that once you get rid of the scars, they will not return. They usually do in a matter of months (3 to 6 to be more exact). Nonetheless surgery remains one of the best alternatives for fast removal of acne scars, because it doesn't have any nasty side effects. In conjunction with other long term methods it can prove dramatically effective, so I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The second option for fast removal of acne scars is the use of certain creams which quickly restore the collagen level and that also quickly heals the skin. These creams are all based on a miracle substance named hydrocortisone. The problem with this kind of treatment is that it cannot be used for long as it tends to make the skin addicted to it. Also all the creams using hydrocortisone are only available through prescription and not all the doctors are willing to prescribe them. The cost though of this treatment is relatively low. You should be aware though that hydrocortisone does not heal the acne, but only the scars. You will still need a treatment for your acne.

All these methods work best if you manage to get yourself to stop producing those scars in the first place. There are several techniques available to make you stop, which will be properly described in the next chapter.

Altogether fast removal of acne scars is possible, but with a high cost in terms of your budget or your health. You should analyze carefully the other options before undergoing such treatments, perhaps a long shot would be better in the end.
